Walk to Win Terms of Use

 

Under Section 18.008 and 18.009 of the Texas Election Code, a person commits an offense if he or she knowingly uses public information, like that contained in the Walk to Win database, in connection with advertising or promotion of commercial products or services. Such an offense is a Class A misdemeanor. 

 

The Travis County Republican Party shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from dissemination, use, copy, publication or distribution in connection with the Walk to Win database or any information found at www.tcrp.org

1. Do you swear not to use the information contained in the Walk to Win database or at www.tcrp.org to advertise or promote commercial products or services?
 
2. Do you swear not to hold the Travis County Republican Party liable for your improper use of this information?
